These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the digital book Connect The Bloody Dots (the “Book”) from the website connectthebloodydots.com (the “Website”), operated by G van Staden (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using the Book, you agree to these Terms.
The Book is a digital product supplied as a downloadable ZIP archive containing both a PDF and an EPUB edition. It is not a physical item, and no printed copy will be shipped. You are responsible for having a device and software capable of opening ZIP archives and of reading PDF or EPUB files.
After successful payment, a personal download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout. For security, the link is time-limited and permits a limited number of downloads. If your link expires or you have trouble downloading, contact us via our Contact page and we will gladly re-issue it.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Book, email us within 30 days of purchase at sales@connectthebloodydots.com and we will refund your purchase. Because the Book is a digital product, we may deactivate your download link upon issuing a refund. This guarantee is provided in addition to any rights you may have under the South African Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and read the Book for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. Scripture quotations are used from the Geneva Bible (1599), which is in the public domain.
The Book presents the author’s perspective and interpretation of the Bible for study, reflection and educational purposes. It is offered in good faith but is not intended as, and should not be relied upon as, professional theological, spiritual, legal, financial or other advice.
The Book and Website are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Book or Website, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your purchase or use of the Book. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
